At Mace Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the original, unworn garments with all designer tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
